Not receiving email replies?
If you have used our forms to contact us in the past but have not received a reply, your ISP, spam filter, or e-mail client may be blocking some e-mail. If you suspect this is happening, please consult the help section of your e-mail program to see how to relax or remove the settings that filter or block mail. Once you've established that you should be able to receive mail from us, please contact us again with your question.

Our location.
Although your orders are shipped from warehouses in Aukland, our support offices are located in Australia. It is a common recommendation by consumer advocacy groups to only buy from online stores that display their physical address on their web site, and that not to by from online stores that only show a PO Box. It is good advice, but a bit generalised. We find that if we list our physical address on our contact page we get quite a few unscheduled visits. We do not have a regular retail environment, just a warehouse and offices.
